Gilles Souteyrand is a renowned personal trainer and lifestyle coach,
known throughout London for his unique connection to – and respect
for – his clients’ needs, as well as his unfaltering success in achieving results.
Growing up in France and spending his adult life in London,
Gilles began his career as a successful international model.
Gilles is heavily involved in an industry that focuses on the physical form.
Regardless, health and fitness has always been an organic and integral
part of his lifestyle. Throughout his childhood, Gilles competed in high-level
basketball tournaments and trained as a boxer with his step-father.
He has always understood the importance of physical activity
and a healthy, balanced diet.
The individuals in Gilles’ life, both personal and professional,
have always looked to him as somewhat of a “fitness guru”.
They have always begged him to share his knowledge and the techniques
behind his shape. This was the inspiration behind Gilles deciding to enter
the world of personal training. He wanted to inspire others, and help them
reach their goals.
Gilles went on to attain a Level 3 Personal Training diploma from
the internationally renowned Premier Training Academy in London.
He soon joined one of London’s top gyms, Core Collective,
as a Head Personal Trainer specializing in High Intensity and
Gilles has been featured in publications such as Men’s Fitness
and Women’s Health, at first for his healthy physique and
personal fitness regime, and most recently for his unique
and effective training styles as a certified personal trainer.

A good physical condition and a healthy diet is the optimum combination for a long and healthy life.

The male fitness guide was inspired by my weekly routine, one where my travels often don’t let me access a gym or give my body as much time as I would like to.
So I have focused on the use of body weight as a tool for success. It is known to be one of the best forms of training, naturally strengthening your core whilst working all areas of the body wherever you are. Most importantly, the only thing needed is you.
The female guide was inspired by my female clients, all of whom have different ideas of how they want to look and what drives them. Noting each individual concern, I created a challenging workout that embraces the natural shape of the woman figure and creates a You that you see as beautiful.
After all, it is all about happiness. Being fit and healthy will give you this happiness, the desire to do better and remained focused throughout your life.
Completing these programs isn’t only about successfully reaching a target, but the realization that anything is possible, that your mind and body work as one, that you can achieve anything you want if you put your heart and soul into it.
