Known for his personal fitness routine and the routines he creates for others, Gilles Souteyrand is a Paris/ LA based personal trainer that serves clients all over the world, in person and online through his “His & Hers” Fitness Guides. Gilles passion for fitness leads back to his teenage years when he began high level boxing and basketball. As someone that others always turned to for fitness advice, Gilles naturally filled the role of “personal trainer”. After attaining a Level 3 Personal Training diploma from internationally-renowned Premier Training Academy in London, Gilles went on to become the head trainer at some of London’s top gyms where he was able to share his expertise in “High Intensity Fitness” and personalized one-on-one training. Gilles’ goal as a personal trainer is beyond that of physically training his clients; he takes a holistic approach to fitness, which allows him to influence and motivate his clients to adapt a healthy lifestyle inside and outside of the gym. “Health and self confidence, which are ultimately what we all aspire to have, do not root from the way you physically look. I teach my clients to respect their body, to give it the love it deserves through nutrition, a positive outlook on life and an inspiring fitness routine”, Gilles says. Gilles’ unique and effective training styles have been featured across the globe in publications such as Men’s Fitness and Women’s Health.
